On Tuesday, HTC has announced it’s new Flagship device named HTC 10 . According to the press event, the device will come in two variants, HTC 10 and HTC 10 Lifestyle which will feature different Qualcomm Snapdragon processors while the other specifications will be same.
HTC 10 (US Variant) will come with the quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor clocked at 2.2GHz while the Indian variant HTC 10 Lifestyle will come with the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor clocked at up to 1.8GHz. The US Variant will come in two memory variants with 4GB RAM and 32/64GB Internal Memory while the Indian Variante will be powered by 3GB RAM and 32GB Internal Memory. Both the models will support memory expansion upto 2TB via microSD card.
The device features a 5.2-inch 2K QHD Display with the resolution of 1440×2560 pixels and pixel density of 564ppi. The device will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with HTC Sense UI. The device will support nano SIM.
The device will sport a 12-UltraPixel laser autofocus camera with dual tone LED flash, optical image stabilisation (OIS) and BSI sensor. It comes with the focal aperture of f/1.8 and will be powered by Sapphire Lens. Along with this, it will also support features like face detection, RAW format support, Auto HDR, Hyperlapse and Slow Motion Recording. There is also a 5mp front facing camera for selfies with auto image stabilisation.
The audio of HTC 10 will be powered by BoomSound tech and Dolby Audio, the technology which they also introduced in their budget smartphones like HTC Desire 728G and HTC Desire 828. The device is powered by a 3000 mAh battery which supports Quick Charge 3.0.
